BEEEEEEEEF JERKY!
This summer we had fun making our snacks for our hikes! We dried fruit, made fruit roll-ups and made our first-twelfth attempt at Beef Jerky! I cannot even begin to tell you how much beef jerky was made and "magically" disappeared (*cough*cough* Sven *cough*cough*) It was fun but I am really really glad to be done with it. My house smelling like beef jerky and liquid smoke got to be a little much.
We started our garden!
We enjoyed lots of pretty skies including getting out the telescope on the weekends. We love to enjoy our sunsets.
We also had an amazing lightning storm when Bailey had her friend Ashlyn over for a sleepover.

First day of Middle School (7th grade)

SCHOOL PRIDE!!
Every Friday is school pride day. Bailey LOVES Fridays.
We have enjoyed our cooking. The kids really enjoyed helping with Japanese night. We got out my Japanese dishes and made Teriyaki scallops, tempura veggies, sticky rice & Bailey made her 1st attempt at California rolls with Ponzu!

Look like a fun summer. Isaac jumping on the tramp is cute. Who told Bailey she could get so big? J is such a handsome gentleman in his suit. The pics are amazing!
