Well, I am of the mindset that if you have to make a mess only do it once.
Therefore today I did:
2 batches of Spaghetti Sauce
1 batch of Uncle Mikes Salsa
& 1 batch of Ami's Chili Sauce.
I am tomatoed out and think I will take a nap.
bleh.

Wow! That sounds exhausting. What a lot of work. Just think you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor until next year!
